this is the bug fix release for version 0.2. there are following bug fixes and changes:
- fixed incorrect applying of lj-cut (LiveJournal cut off)
- fixed application versions incorrect comparison
- improved tag list combo box with using multicolumn view
- now user tags sorted alphabetically
